使用 MacCleaner 即表示你同意以下條款。
By using MacCleaner you agree to these terms.

1. 使用授權 · License

我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的權利，於你的 Mac 上使用本 App。
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on your Mac.

2. 清理與資料 · Cleaning & your data

本 App 會刪除你所選取的檔案。雖然我們保守設計（風險項目預設不勾選、盡量移到垃圾桶），清理仍由你確認並自負風險；請務必自行備份重要資料。對於因使用本 App 造成的資料遺失，我們不承擔責任。
The app deletes files you select. Although defaults are conservative, cleaning is at your own risk and you are responsible for backups. We are not liable for data loss.

3. 帳號 · Accounts

你須提供正確資訊並妥善保管密碼；你對帳號下的活動負責。
Provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. 付費方案 · Paid plans

免費版提供分析與手動清理；「吃到飽」Pro 提供自動餵等進階功能。
Free includes analysis and manual cleaning; Pro ("All-you-can-eat") adds auto-feed and more.
付款由 Stripe 處理。年繳為訂閱制，含 14 天免費試用，之後自動續訂，可隨時取消，於當期結束後生效。買斷為一次性付款。
Payments via Stripe. Yearly is a subscription with a 14-day trial that auto-renews; cancel anytime, effective at period end. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
退款請於購買後 14 天內來信 hello@maccleaner.app，我們會盡力協助。
For refunds, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll do our best to help.

5. 免責聲明 · Disclaimer

本 App 以「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保證。
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. 責任限制 · Limitation of liability

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負責任；總責任以你就本 App 支付的金額為上限。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

7. 變更 · Changes

我們可能更新本條款，並於此頁公告最後更新日期。
We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
